Twisted Sister Announce Totally Twisted Five-Album Vinyl And CD Box Sets

The five studio albums Twisted Sister recorded between 1982 and 1987 are being collected in Totally Twisted – The Studio Albums 1982-1987, a new box set due on 13 November 2026 through BMG in partnership with Rhino Entertainment.

The collection will be released in two formats: a five-colour-LP vinyl box and a five-CD set. Each album in the vinyl edition receives its own coloured record.

Five Classic Twisted Sister Albums

The collection brings together the studio records that charted the band’s rise from the New York club circuit to international Heavy Metal success:

• Under the Blade (1982)
• You Can’t Stop Rock ‘n’ Roll (1983)
• Stay Hungry (1984)
• Come Out and Play (1985)
• Love Is for Suckers (1987)

Stay Hungry delivered the enduring anthems We’re Not Gonna Take It and I Wanna Rock and achieved multi-platinum success in the United States. Other songs represented across the box include The Kids Are Back, Burn In Hell, The Price, Leader Of The Pack and Hot Love.

Twisted Sister’s ’80s Line-Up

The band’s best-known line-up for its first four albums featured Dee Snider on vocals, Jay Jay French and Eddie “Fingers” Ojeda on guitars, Mark “The Animal” Mendoza on bass and A.J. Pero on drums. Joey “Seven” Franco took over on drums for the 1987 album Love Is for Suckers.

The track listing supplied for the new collection also notes King of the Fools as exclusive to the CD edition of Come Out and Play.

Totally Twisted – The Studio Albums 1982-1987 is intended to present the complete studio-album arc of Twisted Sister’s defining Eighties era, from their early Hard Rock records to the period in which they became one of Heavy Metal’s most recognisable acts.
