U.K. thrash legends Onslaught are finally returning to North America for the first time in over a decade, kicking off a Force From Hell tour this March. The setlist will lean heavily on their seminal 1980s albums Power From Hell and The Force, alongside classic Sy Keeler-era fan favorites, marking the triumphant return of the vocalist to the band.
Joining them as co-headliners are cult metal icons Warlord, who, despite forming in Los Angeles in 1980, have never performed a North American tour. Fans can expect a full live rendition of their influential album Deliver Us, plus material from the Cannons tracks, Lost and Lonely Days EP, and other classic-era songs. Onslaught guitarist Nige Rockett shared his excitement: "Super stoked to be returning to the States for our first full tour in 11 years and with Sy Keeler back at the helm, it's gonna be mega! Warlord drummer Mark Zonder added context for their long-awaited North American debut: "Although Warlord is an American band, formed in 1980… in those 45 years since, we never once performed live in the USA (our first gig ever was actually in Germany in 2002). This year we will set forth on our first ever tour of North America, performing the set that fans would have seen from us if we had done this all those years ago, the full Deliver Us mini LP, Cannons tracks, Lost And Lonely Days EP and more."
