November 14th felt like a tsunami of new releases, announcements, and news, from post-punk and hardcore to metalcore and black metal, there really was no end. Volumes dropped their newest single, "S.O.A.P." earlier in November, but joined the onslaught of releases with a brand new music for said "S.O.A.P."

Metal Injection reported that vocalist Myke Terry confirmed that a new album had been completed in June, so it was a matter of time before Volumes were going to announce that new music, but by the end of the year was quite unexpected. The upcoming LP, titled Mirror Touch, is due to be released on December 12th via Fearless Records. Myke Terry, Raad Soudani, Michael Barr, and Nick Ursch are responsible for the new 10 tracks.

Back in March, Myke Terry was announced as the new vocalist for Fire From The Gods alongside his pre-existing role as Volumes frontman, but has had no issue with consistently releasing new music ever since the beginning of the year, with "S.O.A.P." joining "Sidewinder" as a new single.

An official visualiser was released two weeks ago alongside the single release, but this past Friday, Volumes released a new black-and-white music video that is reminiscent of Windows' Media Player and its abstract lines and shapes.
