Fresh off their first U.S. run in eight years, Canadian progressive metal powerhouse Anciients have announced a second leg of North American tour dates in support of their new album Beyond The Reach Of The Sun.
The Vancouver outfit — whose latest record recently earned them a Canadian Grammy — are currently blazing through the American North and Southwest, with a stop at ProgPower USA on the horizon. But the road doesn't stop there: beginning in October, Anciients will head east, bringing their heavy and heartfelt sound to Eastern Canada for the first time as well as major cities across the U.S. East Coast and Midwest. Joining them for much of this run are Nashville's heavy psych explorers Howling Giant, who will add their own cosmic thunder to the lineup. "It's been a long time coming," said Anciients frontman Kenny Cook. "We're ready to hit the road hard!"
