Tool's December just got even busier. In addition to their long-awaited return to Japan and their first Hawaiian shows since 2011, the Californian prog-metal titans will now close out 2025 by headlining Australia's Good Things Festival. They'll share top billing with alt-rock giants Weezer for three massive dates across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
The annual genre-mash fest is known for throwing wildly different worlds together, and this year's no different. Alongside Tool's sprawling, hypnotic epics and Weezer's sunny power-pop, you'll get everything from Machine Head's generally groovy brand of metal to Garbage's slick alt-rock, Lorna Shore's deathcore chaos to the pop-punk bounce of All Time Low and The All-American Rejects. So yeah – it's gonna get weird.
The top-billed roster also includes Knocked Loose, Refused (playing their final Australian shows), New Found Glory, Make Them Suffer, Gwar, Kublai Khan TX, and way more. The full lineup (listed alphabetically) is:
- All Time Low
- Bad Nerves
- Civic
