To mark the 21st anniversary of their acclaimed acoustic release Southside Double-Wide: Acoustic Live, Sevendust is heading out on a special fall tour that promises fans a raw, stripped-down take on the band's powerful discography. Known for their explosive live performances, Sevendust will offer a more intimate, emotionally charged experience on this exclusive run.
Launching November 14 in Columbia, Missouri, the tour will feature acoustic renditions of fan favorites like "Black," "Beautiful," and the heartfelt tribute "Angel's Son," as well as deep cuts rarely played live. The band – Lajon Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Vinny Hornsby, and Morgan Rose – will bring their signature soul, grit, and precision to a new setting, showcasing the emotional weight and melodic strength of their catalog in an entirely different light.
Stops on the tour include Memphis, Tennessee on November 15, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 24, and Kansas City, Missouri on December 5. The run concludes December 12 in San Antonio, Texas. Country rock artist Cory Marks will open each night, bringing his own blend of hard-edged twang to warm up the crowd.
Southside Double-Wide: Acoustic Live remains a fan favorite in the band's catalog, praised for its vulnerability and authenticity. Originally released in 2004, the album captured Sevendust in a rare acoustic performance recorded in front of a live audience, revealing the band's emotional core beneath their heavy sound.
