Alter Bridge – comprised of Myles Kennedy, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall, and Scott Phillips — continues to cement their legacy as one of hard rock’s most enduring and influential bands with the announcement of their highly anticipated self-titled eighth studio album, set for release on January 9, 2026, via Napalm Records. So you're gonna have to wait a little bit.
Produced by longtime collaborator Michael "Elvis" Baskette, Alter Bridge's upcoming album was recorded over two months between the iconic 5150 Studio in California and Baskette’s own studio in Florida. No singles from the album are yet available, but I'm sure it's gonna rip – have you heard anything else Alter Bridge has ever done? Dudes make radio rock genuinely good. Pre-orders are available here.
In support of the new album, Alter Bridge will embark on the What Lies Within Tour, a massive 31-date European trek beginning January 15, 2026, in Germany and concluding on March 5 in Nottingham, UK. The tour will feature special guests Daughtry and Sevendust, making it one of the must-see rock events of the year. Get those dates below and get your tickets here.
Additionally, Alter Bridge fans in the U.S. will have the rare opportunity to see the band perform an acoustic set in Nashville, Tennessee, on October 1, 2025. This one-night-only event will benefit the National Down Syndrome Society through the Tremonti Family Charity Golf Outing, a cause deeply personal to Alter Bridge guitarist Mark Tremonti.
