After more than a decade away from the stage, Primer 55 is officially back. Primer 55 – currently vocalist Donny "The DRP" Polinske, guitarist Bobby Burns, bassist Joshua Toomey, and drummer Preston Nash – is hitting the road in October 2025 for a limited run of shows celebrating the 25th anniversary of their landmark debut album, Introduction to Mayhem.

"I had to absolutely destroy myself once again for this to be able to happen. Excited about tomorrow(s) and new music," said Bobby Burns, who recently overcame serious health challenges to make the return possible.

Nash added: "The time felt right to bring this music to the stage again, to celebrate what Bobby and J-Sin created — and to add a new chapter to the Primer 55 legacy."

Toomey shared: "After almost losing Bobby with his health concerns, I couldn't be happier to announce these shows. This is a celebration of the debut record and a chance to connect with fans, both old and new. I just wish J-Sin were here to see the Nu Metal revival and the new wave of younger Primer 55 fans."

Vocalist Donny "The DRP" Polinske honored Primer 55 vocalist Jason "J-Sin" Luttrell, adding: "J-Sin is and will forever be a legend in my mind. He's the voice of Primer 55. I'm not trying to replace him — I'm doing this out of love for the music and the fans. If you come to a show, expect energy times a million. I'd love to throw back a shot of whiskey and make it a night to remember. RUCKUS!"
