ARCHSPIRE Get A New SPENCER On Drums, Announces Plans For A New Record

Archspire has finally found a drummer that can actually play their music! Archspire split with original drummer Spencer Prewett back in 2024, and has since recruited a new Spencer – Spencer Moore of Inferi. Even better, Archspire is headed back to Flatline Audio this June to wrap up recording their new record, presumably due out sometime in 2026.

"Some say less is more… But WE believe MOORE is more… Next month, we're heading to Flatline Audio to finish our fifth (and best) album with the best drummer we could ask for: SPENCER MOORE!!!" wrote Archspire of their new drummer and forthcoming record. "Here's a taste of Spencer 2 tearing through a brand new track. 420 (bpm) isn't just for stoners anymore."

And yes, this means Moore is out of Inferi as well. Inferi commented: "Cats out of the bag. After years of service, our brother Spencer Moore has decided to leave and accept the position as the drummer of Archspire We wish them well. With a new album and more tour announcements on he horizon, we will not be slowing down. You can catch our good friend Nathan Bigelow (Arkaik / Singularity) behind the kit filling in for us.
