On Tuesday night (03/11), law enforcement sources told TMZ that Wes Scantlin had been arrested for felony domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance, with his bail set at $90,000.
This incident comes after he had a traffic stop-turned-standoff with SWAT back in August of 2024.
According to TMZ's sources, police received a call around 3am on this past Tuesday night, reporting a domestic disturbance between two people in an undisclosed apartment.
When police arrived at the scene, they determined that the once verbal argument involving Wes Scantlin had since turned physical due to visible injuries on the woman. This led to Scantlin's arrest.
During his arrest for felony domestic assault, the police searched his person and found a small amount of a controlled substance. What kind of substance is still unknown.
Wes Scantlin remains in L.A. County Jail awaiting bail.
