Black Sabbath's final show with their original lineup is happening on July 5 and tickets went on sale this morning. Though you wouldn't have known that if you tried to log in, as they sold out in a brisk 16 minutes. Tickets started at £197.50 (about $249) and according to one X user, went up to £2,932.50 (about $3,700) for "the Ultimate Side of Stage Experience."

Some Reddit users shared screenshots of where they were in the queue, and it looked pretty hopeless for a lot of folks. I mean really, one person was quite literally no. 532,238 in line. R.I.P. to that person.

Others fumed online, with one person writing "I've been a fan of this band for decades and have been trying all week to get presale tickets and now they're sold out in like 15 minutes? Absolute joke. How have they got so many fans all of a sudden? Fake fans that's what." Another accused Ticketmaster of witholding tickets, writing: "Was 800 in the Queue For Black Sabbath Final Show, and when I got in it wouldn't let me pick any seats, what a fucking joke I hate Ticketmaster, they weren't sold out by that point, if you're reselling overpriced tickets, then fuck you."

Black Sabbath's original lineup – Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward – will play their final show on July 5 at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Black Sabbath's set will be preceded by a final solo Osbourne set, which Sharon Osbourne has confirmed. In an interview with BBC, Sharon said "Ozzy didn't have a chance to say goodbye to his friends, to his fans, and he feels there's no been no full stop. This is his full stop." In another interview with Reuters, Sharon echoed that same sentiment saying "For Ozzy right now, it's definitely: 'I love you and good night.'"

The show is especially bittersweet considering Osbourne has largely been sidelined from all live appearances due to ongoing medical issues. Osbourne played his last proper show in 2018, and made two appearances in 2022 at the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony and the NFL Kickoff.
