![No Sleep Till Hellfest - The Hottest New Competition On The Scene](https://www.metaltalk.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/IMG_5437.jpg)
After the great success of last year’s first-ever No Sleep Till Hellfest – which saw unsigned Punk/Hardcore bands fight for a place to play at Hellfest – the competition is back. This year, twelve bands have been selected from just under three hundred applicants for two pre-selection nights on 12 and 13 February. From these initial heats, four of these bands will advance to the final stage on 14 February. The contest winner will then perform the following night alongside special guests at the No Sleep Party before ultimately heading to Clisson, France, on 19 June to perform on the Hellstage.
Last year, we spoke with event organiser Nabila Slama, who shared her enthusiasm for getting more underground bands noticed on the bigger circuit. The first of its kind, No Sleep Till Hellfest is a celebration of this initiative. With the talent of 2025’s roster gearing up to showcase their hunger and deserving for this slot as blisteringly Hardcore as it can get, it is no doubt going to be a week of furiously great live music.
Hosting the event will be London’s Moor Beer Vaults, situated between London Bridge and Bermondsey. 12 February will feature Bind, Chub, Midwich Cuckoos, Bangkitan, Hell Can Wait and Nymphic. On the 13 February, we will see Radioactive Rats, Pest, Repulsive Vision, Chaos Reigns, Own Your Life, and Pointless Intent take to the stands.
On 15 February, the final night will see performances from Lifecrusher, Peace Of Mind, Death Goals, Divine Sentence, Break Them and the contest winner. Each night will also feature a DJ to keep the party going throughout and after. Tickets can be found here with a chance to win two Hellfest four day passes also being drawn.
With Hellfest still four months away, No Sleep Till Hellfest is the pre-festival fix we all need to get us through the winter months.
