Orianthi will rejoin Alice Cooper on his tour from 31 January 2025 through to 16 February to cover for Nita Strauss, who has conflicting obligations of her own. “Those guys are like my brothers, and Alice is like my road dad,” Orianthi told MetalTalk earlier.
“When Orianthi moved on to pursue her own career in 2014, we were lucky to find Nita,” Alice said. “Over the past decade, Nita, Chuck and Tommy have also launched their own projects, and we always try to coordinate our schedule so we can keep the band together.
“But these shows came up after Nita had already committed to another tour. So I reached out to Orianthi, and thankfully, she was available to jump back in. So we’re all really looking forward to doing these shows with her. I’m so fortunate to always have such great musicians to work with.”

Oranthi will join Alice from the Bell Auditorium show in Augusta on 31 January 2025 through to the Rock Legends Cruise, which set sail from Miami from 13-17 February 2025.
“Amazing! We got to celebrate Halloween every night,” Orianthi said in an interview with MetalTalk as she launched her solo album O of her time with Alice Cooper. “Those guys are like my brothers and Alice is like my road dad. When I told my parents I was joining Alice’s band, they looked him up. Everyone has tattoos, and there is a guillotine and a boa constrictor on stage.
“Then they found out they are the sweetest people ever. Alice just gives 110% every night and it is all about keeping up with him. He is just inspiring and he helped me become a better performer.”

MetalTalk caught Alice Cooper’s UK Tour this year at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, where he was simply superb. Again. “Of course, there is no one like him as a performer, as an artist, as a front man or as a legend with a sense of humour,” Ian Sutherland wrote.
Alice Cooper will be announcing further 2025 tour dates, with Strauss back in the fold. The band have already confirmed a 9 May appearance at the Sonic Temple festival in Columbus, Ohio and a 15 August show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at Lincoln Financial Field with My Chemical Romance.
Orianthi has a solo tour in Australia in the early part of January 2025.
