After Neal Schon’s recent accusations against Avenged Sevenfold, Ronnie Radke responded with comments of his own.
In a new post on X, the Falling In Reverse frontman stated that the members of Avenged Sevenfold were the nicest people he has ever met, adding, “Avenged are literally the nicest people ever, zero egos. F*ck this guy.”
Radke’s fans echoed his statement, with one user commenting, “Journey died when Steve Perry left anyways.” Another added, “Coming from a longtime Journey fan… Neal’s been a little b*tch since the 80s.”
Radke’s public statement followed Schon’s claims that Avenged Sevenfold sabotaged Journey’s set. “All this absolute garbage fabricated bullshit about AP. Does this look like nobody had a good time? I’m asking you. All fabricated, owed and bought blogs, bullshit,” the guitarist shared on Facebook, along with a video from their recent show.
Schon also shared a clip of Journey taking a bow at the end of their performance in Rio and said that Avenged Sevenfold had controlled their sound output. “This clip is from Rio, even though we found out much later that we got extremely limited by Avenged Sevenfold. That means that hardly any sound can get out of the PA to the audience. It’s a bullshit move. Check out the audience. They loved it; the rest of it’s fabricated crap.”
In response to fan questions in the comments, Schon replied ‘no’ when asked if Journey’s technical crew could have resolved the issue. In another comment, he blamed ‘politics’ for Avenged Sevenfold headlining instead of Journey.
