White Lighting PR is proud to announce the return of Brighton and Hove Pride’s first Pride Rock Festival. The one-day festival launched last year and is back with a bang, showcasing some of the industry’s most exciting Rock/Alternative talent in support of the LGDTQ+ community.

The event will be held at The Old Market on 3 August from 1 pm until late. SNAYX will headline the one-dayer blowout, with support from The Virginmarys, Stone Angels, HAWXX, Queen Cult, Izzy T, Monakis, and MuddiBrooke.

Kerrang/Gaydio DJ Paris Munro will be hosting the event. “I’m buzzing to be part of this,” they stated. “Putting LGBTQ+ artists and bands in the spotlight is super important, and people in the Alternative scene need to be seen and heard. Pride is only focused around pop and dance music, but people in the LGBTQ+ community don’t just listen to that, there’s a wide variety of genres and it’s great to have rock and metal at the forefront! So excited to host on the day!”

Headliners SNAYX are fresh off their UK and European tour supporting Kid Kapichi and will hit the road in the summer as support for Royal Blood. The Virginmarys—who played Download Festival in 2010—have toured with the likes of Slash, Shinedown, Eagles of Death Metal, and Queens Of The Stone Age.

Stone Angels and HAWXX will bring their on-the-rise war machine energy to the stage. The former has garnered rave reviews from Classic Rock Magazine and Powerplay for its acclaimed second album, while HAWXX continues to build on their reputation as one of the best live acts on the Metal scene.

With music and more, this one is not to be missed.
