Overexposed + Underdeveloped: New Devin Townsend Photo Book

Overexposed + Underdeveloped: Photographs From Home And Abroad is the new book from Devin Townsend set for release on 1 October 2024. The successor and companion to Only Half There, the new book will be available in two editions, Classic and Signature.

With a majority of the photographs being published for the first time, the book is Devin’s collection of personal and professional photographs and memories that trace his journey from childhood in Canada through teen years in different bedrooms, on to his professional career and beyond.

Professionally taken photographs of Devin’s time with Steve Vai follow those from his brief stint as a model. The journey continues with performance photos and unprofessionally taken snaps of life on the road and in the studio with, among others, Strapping Young Lad, Jason Newsted, the DTProject, and various puppets.

Captions written by Devin recall memories and details of people, places, haircuts, and strange happenings in a must-read for fans of Devin. 

The Classic Edition is a 224-page full-colour hardback. The Signature Edition includes the book signed by Devin in a slipcase and with specially created artwork by the author.

The Classic Edition is priced at £40, and the Signature Edition at £75.
