Steve Harris / British Lion To Play The Cart And Horses

British Lion will play a 16-date UK Tour in January 2024, opening at The Cart And Horses, the venue where Iron Maiden played their first show. The band will also play the 2024 Monsters Of Rock Cruise.

“We’re all excited to announce an extensive tour of the UK in January,” Steve Harris told us, “kicking off with a special warm-up show at the Cart and Horses in London. Tony Moore’s Awake (one-man show) will be our very special guest for the tour. Tony was, of course, in Iron Maiden back in 1977, so it is great to have him on the bill. 

“2024 will also see us make our third appearance on The Monsters Of Rock Cruise in March. We can’t wait to see you all out on the road!”

Steve Harris has visited the Cart And Horses this year more than once, including watching Tony Moore perform. We will have more news on this shortly.

In 2021, the Cart And Horses was the venue where original Iron Maiden singer Paul Mario Day hosted a full-blown celebration of the very early years of Iron Maiden.
