Bam Margera has turned himself in to Pennsylvania State Police after going missing on Sunday, April 23 and having a warrant out for his arrest.
""Bam' Margera turned himself in this morning at PSP [Pennsylvania State Police] Avondale," wrote Trooper Grothey, Public Information Officer for Troop J of the Pennsylvania State Police. "He was fingerprinted and photographed before being arraigned at District Court 15-3-04, where his bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. The preliminary hearing is set for May 25 at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas"
According to WGAL, Bam is currently facing charges of simple assault, harassment, and four counts of terroristic threats after allegedly assaulting his brother Jesse Margera and threatening to kill his family.
On the events that occurred leading up to Bam fleeing the scene, Pennsylvania State Police wrote "On April 23, at 11:00 a.m, troopers from the PSP Avondale Station responded to the 400 block of Hickory Hill Road, in Pocopson Township, Chester County, for a reported disturbance. The investigation determined Brandon 'Bam' Margera, age 43, of Thornton, PA, was involved in a physical confrontation with the victim, who suffered minor injuries."
TMZ further reports that Bam made phone calls to family members while missing, "telling them how much he hates all of them for putting him in a Florida treatment center last year. He's also accusing them of selling his home and stealing money. He trusts no one and has threatened to sue them for money he claims they stole from him."
We wish Margera all the best and hope he gets the help he needs.
