Voivod will hit the road for their 40th anniversary tour in the United States this May, and they're taking Imperial Triumphant with them. The two groups are no strangers to one another, given Voivod vocalist Denis "Snake" Bélanger's guest spot on Imperial Triumphant's 2022 song "Maximalist Scream."
"We are excited to hit the road in the USA in May, with the avant-garde metal band Imperial Triumphant," said drummer Michel "Away" Langevin. "Snake was a guest vocalist on their track 'Maximalist Scream', and this tour should take us on a great experimental musical journey. Come join us!!"
Voivod is also currently working on a studio project called Morgöth Tales for their anniversary, which we'll hear more about soon.
