A home once belonging to former Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley is reportedly available for rent on AirBNB. The home in Wilton, CT belonged to Frehley from 1979 until he sold it in 1986, although The Spaceman initially moved out of the home in 1983. The 64,000 square foot house features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, plus an iron gate and stone bridge that leads to the very secluded 3-acres of property on which the home sits.

And, because no palatial rock estate is complete without an underground tunnel that leads to a recording studio, this rental has got you covered with a studio designed by architect John Storyk, who also assisted in the development of Electric Ladyland studios in New York City.

Speaking in an interview with KISS Concert History, Storyk said, "You know, it's kind of funny because artists having their own studios at home now is like buying a loaf of bread. It's an every day occurrence. It's not a big deal.

"Then it was a slightly new idea for an artist to have a 'commercial-grade' studio. When I say that, I mean a glorified recording studio. There was nothing non-commercial about it other than the fact that it was not going to be a commercial studio. And also, it wasn't a giant studio — Ace didn't need a giant studio. He needed room for three, four musicians."

You, too, will a need a band of three or four people—to split the bill if you decide to spend a few days. The cost-per-night at the once Chateau Spaceman? About $750 a night, which is pretty penny—even for a spot with hiking trails, hot tub, sauna, and your own private studio to crank out that demo you've been planning. Still, the chance could be yours—click right here to view the rental listing.
