Behold! The Pick of Destiny will strum once again, as Tenacious D have announced a short trip through Europe and the UK this summer. The comedic duo—actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass—will play 8 dates across Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and Netherlands, ending the run in London's famed O2 Arena on June 16. You can see all dates below.

6/6 – Sporthalle, Hamburg – Germany
6/7 – Zitadelle, Berlin – Germany
6/8 – Nova Rock Festival, Nickelsdorf – Austria
6/10 – Carroponte, Milan – Italy
6/12 – The Hall, Zurich – Switzerland
6/13 – Forest National, Brussels – Belgium
6/14 – AHOY RTM, Rotterdam – Netherlands
6/16 – O2 Arena, London – UK

A statement coinciding with the announcement reads, "In 2022 and beyond Tenacious D continue their quest to spread the message of rock n roll across the world and firmly retain their title as one of the greatest rock bands in the world. Ever."

In other Tenacious D news, Evanescence vocalist Amy Lee joined the legendary duo on stage at the Louder Than Life festival for both "Kyle Quit The Band" and the appropriately-named "Lee." Between the collective talent and sense of humor, both performances were for the record books, for sure. Then again, I imagine it was pretty easy for Lee to get up there and sing a song titled with her surname, but hey—it rocked either way! You can check it out here!

Earlier last month, Tenacious D—alongside Pearl Jam, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard—were featured on the Good Music to Ensure Safe Abortion Access to All compilation, an exclusive fundraiser album that was made available via Bandcamp for Bandcamp Friday on October 7. The compilation is 100 percent comprised of previously unreleased recordings including new tracks, cover songs, remixes, live cuts and demos, and a t-shirt of the album art designed by Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon.
