The band's 2019 single "Mary On A Cross" went viral on TikTok and landed at No. 90 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with 6 million streams and over 1,000 downloads, as well as topped the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart for the week of September 9 through 15.

Now Ghost has a completely separate facet of success going on, in that Ghost frontman Papa Emeritus IV will throw out the first pitch at the White Sox vs. Cleveland Guardians game on Thursday, September 22.
