The Night Flight Orchestra, primed and ready for this year’s Bloodstock, have released a video for their single Black Stars And Diamonds, filmed on a trailer ride through Prague.
“After our incredible show at Metalfest in Plzen,” Björn Strid said, “some of us decided to stay for another day in the heart of Prague. As we had a new gem up our sleeves, we couldn’t resist recording a video for it. We, therefore, spent eight hours riding at the back of a trailer through Prague while waving with cupped hands and met nothing but smiles and excitement from people in the streets. It was an incredibly hot day that turned into a tropical night, and this is what came out of it. Enjoy and crank it loud.”
The news broke last week that Åsa Lundman has joined the band and, along with Anna Brygård, will be known as The Aeromanticas. Black Stars And Diamonds marks the debut of The Aeromanticas.
“We are very thrilled to officially welcome the amazing Åsa Lundman to the fold,” Björn said. “This marks a new era for the band as her and Anna Brygård unite as the unstoppable backup duo The Aeromanticas.
“Make sure you follow them on social media. We are very thrilled to share this new single with you, which debuts this amazing backup duo. The future looks so damn bright you ought to use the bottom of champagne bottles as goggles.”
The Night Flight Orchestra play this year’s Bloodstock. You can also cath them in the signing tent on Sunday between 18:30 and 19:15.
