Hollywood Vampires’ Johnny Depp recently shared a post on his Instagram account in which he thanked his fans who supported him throughout the process of the Amber Heard lawsuit. Depp noted that they would continue on their way together from now on.
The lawsuit between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard started when Depp sued Heard because of the article she wrote about him without mentioning his name. During the trials, Heard’s side accused Depp of being an abuser who used violence under the effect of drugs and alcohol. Depp’s side advocated that Heard was the abuser who struggled with mental health issues.
Depp was supported by many fans, musicians, and artists throughout the lawsuit process. While famous people like Joe Perry talked about how Depp was a kind person, the fans always showed their support on social media. They were especially sharing posts on TikTok to advocate for Depp during the trial.
On the previous days, the jury decided, and Depp won the lawsuit. Amber Heard would pay 15 million dollars for damages because her words harmed Depp’s career. Depp celebrated the end of the trial by stating that he would continue his life comfortably.
In his latest Instagram post, Johnny Depp announced that he opened his TikTok account to thank the people who supported him, especially by sharing posts on the platform, during this challenging process. He expressed his gratefulness to the people who stood by him under all circumstances throughout the whole process. Depp stated that they would move forward together.
Johnny Depp wrote in his post:
“To all of my most treasured, loyal, and unwavering supporters. We’ve been everywhere together; we have seen everything together. We have walked the same road together. We did the right thing together, all because you cared.
And now, we will all move forward together. You are, as always, my employers, and once again, I am whittled down to no way to say thank you other than just by saying thank you. So, thank you. My love and respect, JD.”
Johnny Depp has celebrated his happiness after winning the tough case. He also thanked the people who supported him throughout the lawsuit that affected his career for the last couple of years and finally ended.
