Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan recently shared a video on his official Instagram account in which he was pulling a prank on the band’s drummer Danny Carey by using a sex toy.
Almost every Keenan fan knows that the singer has always been interested in comedy, considering his appearances on sketches and cult comedies such as ‘Bikini Bandits’ and its sequel ‘Bikini Bandits 2: Golden Rod.’ Along with his acting career, he also loves making jokes to his fans in a Keenan way.
The most popular pranks can be regarded as announcing his departure from Tool, saying that he’s a Christian now, and replacing himself with ex-Van Halen singer Sammy Hagar to release Tool albums faster. His latest joke wasn’t for the fans but the band’s drummer, Carey.
In his recent IG video from one of their live performances, Maynard James Keenan was seen while he was carrying a massive dildo and wanted to make ‘a d*ck joke’ to Danny Carey by changing his gong mallet with it. The drummer took the dildo without noticing it and hit the gong during his solo drum performance.
Keenan’s IG post read:
“D*ck joke. Literally.”
Tool’s 2022 US Tour will end on March 20 in Cleveland, and then their European concerts will start on April 23 in Copenhagen. Therefore, the band members and the audience must be ready for Keenan’s new pranks.
