Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster is very clearly planning to come back this year. First the band began teasing a brand new music video, and now they've been scheduled to play Furnace Fest at the Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, AL this September.

The show will be their first since 2016, when Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster vocalist Dallas Taylor was seriously injured in an ATV accident at his family's home in Ocala, FL in 2016. Taylor issued a lengthy statement the same year detailing the extent of the damage including breaking every bone in his face, suffering a brain injury, having a fully blocked carotid artery, having blood in his lungs, and several other horrific injuries.

Director of the aforementioned music video Scott Hansen also posted a new photo of the band, and Taylor looks pretty good!
