Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan took his official Instagram account to share a brief funny video showing how the band’s drummer Danny Carey ruined his game while playing Jenga.
Tool has been currently continuing their massive U.S. tour, which began on January 10, 2022, in Eugene, Oregon, and is scheduled to end on March 20, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio. After the U.S. tour, they will be flying Europe to rock the stages from the end of April till the end of May.
Although he has made a name with his energetic stage performances, there are moments when he steps away from the spotlight. You may wonder what Maynard James Keenan is doing during the soundchecks or live shows while his bandmates deliver their lengthy solos and instrumental interludes. Keenan satisfied everyone’s curiosity with a hilarious video.
In his recent Instagram post, we see Keenan playing Jenga backstage while his bandmate Danny Carey was playing his drum solo. It is seen that the frontman is fully concentrated on his game until Danny Carey ruins it with his drumsticks. His positioning is directly behind Danny Carey’s gong, so he certainly doesn’t see what Keenan has been busy with, but Keenan’s reaction is definitely worth seeing.
